WHY I LOVE HONG KONG...

i've noticed recently that most people who love bkk don't really like hk...and vice versa..and that is true in my case. and some ppl also don't understand why i love hk so much..so today i shall let you have a glimpse of why i love hk so much.....

as the advertisement always say....DISCOVER HONG KONG.....

i love hong kong for...

the food..the beef noodles, porridge,desserts, dim sum...and my new found love...

.....steamboat!nothing beats a good steamboat in winter...

yea..you may think "what's so great about steamboat? we have it in singapore too!"...but when you have these.......

kobe beef (at a relatively cheap price!)....

xiao long bao and char siew bao meant for steamboat...

steamboat is never the same...*droolz*

the cheap and pretty good transportation...

tram rides that cost 2hkd per ride...brings you to almost anywhere in the entire hong kong island...

star ferry...1.70hkd for the lower deck...brings you to the different islands..

people, bizarre fashion and hairstyles....

we concluded that the guy on the left probably stuck his finger in the electric socket before coming out of his house to achieve that effect.

and the newly opened disneyland!...it was a leetle disappointing though...very nice..but very small..and very little rides...but anyway..here's how it looks!

you know all those pictures of the disneyland train that you got in your email many years back? they are for real... the trains really look like that!

my favourite ride...buzz lightyear (ba-xi-guong) and the other mother *beep* huge etch-a-sketch pad...

the parade...i missed the fireworks display =(..because my mom wanted to go back to hong kong to shop -_-"

my future husbands...buzz lightyear..and indian chief (have i ever mentioned that one of my childhood ambitions was to be a red-indian? retarded..but true...heh)

and this is me..hugging the planet of tomorrowland!! you see..most people will pose in a manner where it seems as though they are carrying the planet on their back...portraying how strong they are (also making the planet their burden)...but i...chose to embrace it and make it my love! hohoho...

ah...hard luck that i never take pics of the malls..the best shopping centre in hk is island beverly shopping centre..next to sogo...it's like far east plaza..except that the things in there are 1000 times cooler!

so anyway.....do you feel like visiting hong kong now??
