i must say that the past few times that this happened, i was only pissed for a while, and then i got over it pretty quickly. but this time round it's actually affecting me quite a bit. am actually very hurt by the things that someone said, and "what's the point?" keeps repeating in my head.

the greatest joke of all is that i'm actually seeking solace in the office, and am trying to use work to distract myself. the one place that i've been trying to escape from at 6pm sharp everyday. vhat a joke...
