speaking problem

many people have a serious problem...not knowing when to shut up...some people

1. don't know the principle of listening and not telling
2. are just way too talkative and aren't exactly very entertaining
3. don't know how to keep their thoughts to themselves
4. practise preferential treatment...and give out different comments to different people in the same context(hence are better off not speaking)
5. don't know when to stop making fun of people
6. don't know when their words are hurting others
7. don't know thatwhen people tell them to shut up...they really mean it
8. don't get the hint to shut up when people switch seats coz they talk too freaking much

the first two ...are the two things that totally piss me off currently..i don't deny that i am talkative too...but i think i do keep check of myself constantly...think before you speak.
